Apparently "he pulled out..mostly" is not a valid reason for thinking there's no way i can be pregnant to the nurses at the student health center.

Ha, my sperm is potent, the ONE time I knew I barely pulled out too late in my whole life my wife got pregnant. Best accident ever though.

Condoms break, and I got pregnant on the pill; accidents happen.
They're still considerably more effective than pulling out (which isn't really effective at all), but there's always a risk with sex.
"He pulled out" is NEVER a valid reason for thinking you're not pregnant.
