  • bagpipes.. instrument from Scotland.. ST PATRICKS DAY which is what i presume is what you were trying to talk about is an Irish tradition. -_- This post is full of annoying lack of cultural knowledge by Americans. come on guuuys! GO TO SCHOOL - or at least use google!

  • Bagpipes originated in Scotland but migrated to many other cultures. They are now commonly used at funerals, graduations and many parades... I went to a high school graduation at a catholic hispanic private school, THEY had bagpipes. Annoying sounds are universal.
