@MissCandy: I work w/ preschoolers and kindergartners w/ special needs and most of them unless you want to lose them, must be held at all times. It's difficult for some parents to keep an eye on their children when they're outside. Esp. if they have Autism or other kinds of disorders.
Or if theyre bad parents which coincidentally is usually the case, I'm sure they all appreciate you alleviating that responsibility with excuses though
@sal, I run a childcare facility with up to 99 kids on any given day. We see first hand how horrible children can be if not taught self control by their. Yes, special needs can be a different story but even autistic children can listen to their parents and learn how to behave quote well. And special needs or not, unless the Pareto is at the park with 5 other kids it would be an excellent opportunity to teach.
LMAO! Great text, I do feel bad for that child though. Children do not belong on a leash!! (I did use them 1 time but only cause ATL airport with 2 year old twins while traveling alone didn't sound safe.) dogs belong on a leash, children must be taught self discipline.
