I'm pretty sure that's impossible. Bone marrow shouldn't be anywhere in the digestive track... They would have to be seriously injured for that to be remotely possible. They're just having a freaky sht, which is still reason enough to see a doctor.
Bone marrow pretty much looks like peripheral blood except it has bony spicules in it (from the spongy material that makes up the infrastructure of your bones) and no, you shouldn't be shitting it out because it's physically impossible. However, if you are shitting out blood or anything that looks like blood you should definitely see a doctor because that is not anywhere close to being normal.
Actually some doctors find that bright red blood in the stool is ok, as long as it's minimal (like less than a tbsp or so). B/c anyone with digestive problems or allergies to foods they eat will tend to do this...
HE IS JUST KIDDING. Jesus stop with all of the scientific answers, this is TFLN it's not supposed to be taken literally. He is just saying he is in pain and should see a doctor.
