They're BOTH bad after hangovers. Tylenol + alcohol is terrible for the liver of course, but an NSAID (like Advil) + alcohol can mean stomach and intestine ulcers. So water and electrolytes (Gatorade) are the best for a hangover.
Tylenol = acetaminophen, and acetaminophen + alcohol = liver failure. Don't take my word for it (two years of medical school); Google "acetaminophen alcohol liver damage" and you'll get lots of hits from credible sources.
10:06 you fail. Tylenol does extensive damage to your liver. (BTW, I'm a nurse, that has seen people go into chronic renal failure from tylenol OD's, including a 28 year old woman who took 8 tylenol after a hard drinking binge the night before.)
